We at the Front Row support the internet movement to get Power Pro Wrestling in Memphis, TN to tape their house shows. To support this movement email Chris and tell him you wnat to help support the movement. Here is a listing of when everything gets updated:
KAW TV - Saturday Nghts at about 2:00 AM
RAW and Rants- Sometime after 5 on Tuedays
Heat - Sunday Night before 10:00 PM
Live Events - Whenever we get them in
Power Pro TV - Really depends on when Chris gets it up
Chump Change - Within 24 Hours of the event
Match/Wrestlers of the Week and Top Ten- We really haven't been doing very well updating these, but they should be up on Tuesdays
